Whether you’re looking for fresh and fruity alcohol-free drinks or seasonal takes on classic cocktails, these five recipes offer something for everyone. Cheers!
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup sparkling water
1 cup blueberries (optional)
Simply combine lemon juice, maple syrup, 3/4 pound strawberries, and 2 cups water in a blender until smooth (about 1 or 2 minutes). Add the sparkling water and remaining berries, add ice, and enjoy!
A Sweet Pea Chef has a delicious recipe for the perfect raspberry mojito mocktail. Muddle mint, simple syrup, and raspberries together (her recipe also includes instructions for making simple syrup). This tropical favorite comes with the added bonus of being super easy to make! Esquire instructs to simply squeeze the lime into a shaker, mix in the sugar, and then add rum. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
