Where to Enjoy Outdoor Dining Near The Shoreline

Here at the Shoreline, we’re lucky that fabulous outdoor dining options abound year-round in Miami! As the coronavirus remains a concern, the ability to dine outside safely is just one more reason to love South Florida living. With so many fabulous options for outdoor dining, we’ve rounded up this list of some of our favorite spots near the Shoreline to help narrow down your next pick.

Little Havana Restaurant 

One of three popular locations, the North Miami Little Havana Restaurant offers authentic Cuban cuisine with plenty of outdoor seating. Take in the warm Miami sun while feasting on favorites like roast pork and tasty chicken dishes. Little Havana is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Duffy’s Sports Grill 

For a casual outdoor atmosphere with stellar waterfront views, head to Duffy’s Sports Grill’s North Miami location. Come for the yummy wings and burgers while catching a game, stay for the daily all-day happy hour specials! For the latest hours and specials, be sure to check here.

 

Makoto

Head to Makota in the luxurious Bal Harbour Shops for decadent dining on a lovely outdoor patio. World-renowned chef Makota Okuwa brings a 21st century twist to Japanese cuisine, serving elegant sushi and updated traditional dishes to a savvy Miami crowd. Makota is open Monday through Sunday, from 11:30am-11pm.

Lique Miami 

The terrace at Lique Miami provides stunning ocean views to enjoy while dining alfresco on a yummy fresh seafood menu. Stop by on Thursdays for $1 oysters and champagne bottle specials. For more info and to make a reservation, check their website.

Juice & Java

For a healthy menu with bright outdoor seating options, check out Juice & Java in nearby Sunny Isles. We’ve highlighted their tasty menu before--Juice & Java has a little something for every diet plan. They even make delicious pizza at this location! They are open daily from 8am-8pm.

Houston’s Restaurant 

The sparkling water views at Houston’s Restaurant are the perfect complement to a super satisfying menu. A modern twist on the classic steakhouse, there are plenty of tasty options for non-steak lovers to be found too. Perfect for a special night out in North Miami, Houston’s is open Sunday through Saturday from 11:30-10pm. Be sure to make reservations beforehand here.
